Laure Yossa, General Manager
Laure founded AGA in 2002 as she felt a call to use her knowledge, skills and network as an asset for development of Africa. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston Illinois. She also graduated from ESSEC of Douala as Finance Expert in 1994. Before starting AGA Laure had been working with financial institutions and non for profit organizations in Washington DC. Laure is married with 3 children.

Kamto Flobert: Operations Director
Flobert Holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from the University of Douala. Before joining AGA in 2004, Flobert had gathered 15 years of experience with companies in several countries of West Africa including in Burkina Faso. Flobert is in charge of overseeing the various projects of AGA. He is married and father of 4 children.

Armelle Tatchue, Financial Manager
Armelle holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Organization Management from the University of Dschang. Armelle joined AGA in 2006 after 3 years of experience as consultant. She is project advisor and assists the operations manager in his responsibilities. Armelle is married with one child.

Louis Pouatcha, Technical Manager
Louis holds Engineering degree in agribusiness from the University of Ngaoundere in Cameroon. He joined AGA as Program Manager in 2004, having spent 11 years in a food processing company. Louis is also owns a small farm where he grows organic pineapple. He is married with 2 children. You can contact him at:

Louis Tchouameni: Accounting Officer
Louis TChouameni holds a technician degree in Accounting from the University of Douala. He has more than 5 years of experience in managing business information systems, fiscal terms and financial reporting.

Gregoire Nhotue: Coop Manager
Gregoire holds a technician degree in agriculture from the University of Dschang. He joined AGA in 2006 to work on the Organic Farmers Project. Gregoire spends the vast majority of his time (>80%) in the fields meeting with farmers and coordinating the harvesting and transport of the production. You can contact him at:
